Reliant Interactive Voice Systems (RIVS) is a biometric-authenticated electronic monitoring tool available now to Pretrial and Enforcement agencies.  RIVS system uses an industry leading proprietary voice verification technology that has an accuracy rating of over 99% and as a result, the authentication of participant identities is extremely reliable. It involves no equipment other than an approved phone connection and can be used effectively as an alternative to expensive participant-contacting, status-reporting and curfew enforcement methods. With RIVS deployed, case workers can easily maintain contact and essential compliance-related communications with targeted participants. INTERACTIVE VOICE INTERVIEW (IVI)

WIth the IVI module, participants call a toll-free, automated check-in and interview system using any landline or cell phone. IVI verifies their identity by comparing their voice to a voiceprint taken during the initial enrollment process. Once participant identities are verified and phone numbers of origin captured, they are asked a series of customizable questions regarding current status and compliance with various court imposed conditions. Upon completion, interview summaries are sent via electronic mail directly to any case workers that had participants self-report status changes or noncompliance with imposed conditions.  The actual self-reported items of interest are attached via compressed .wav files to the actual outgoing electronic mails.  As a result, case workers can quickly listen to the .wav files in order to update their case notes, initiate formal action, or save them for later use as evidentiary recordings.

 

Note: the IVI module has both English and Spanish language capabilities.

 

 

INTERACTIVE VOICE CURFEW (IVC)

The IVC module is programmed to automatically track and maintain communication with  participants through random, scheduled, inbound or outbound calls from any authorized telephone such as home or work.  Further, it is designed to effectively authenticate  participant identities by comparing their voice on the call to the biometric voice print taken during  their initial enrollment.  Identifying and validating location is also possible when participants are using a landline telephone when interacting with the IVC module.  Participant accountability is assured as caseworkers can receive real-time or daily reports involving the noncompliance of individual participants and can extract relevant evidentiary information for use in court proceedings. In addition, they are provided secure, web-based access to electronic case-books containing all the interactions of their assigned participants with the RIVS system.
