MISSION
It is the mission of our Monitoring division to provide for (or supply/support local governments and private monitoring agencies that provide for) the community-based supervision of 1) criminal defendants released on bond pending a court date or 2) non-compliant individuals ordered onto monitoring for the purpose of enforcing/enhancing their fulfillment of child support obligations, and 3) adolescents under court-ordered supervision. The removal of eligible defendants and delinquent payors of child support from local Detention Centers is beneficial in that it: alleviates overcrowding; reserves bed-space for individuals charged with violent offenses; reduces demands for jail expansion and new construction; and it encourages participants to remain productive citizens pending their return to court. And the community-based monitoring supervision of delinquent adolescents is becoming more widely accepted as a means to increase personal accountability while providing access to habilitative opportunities.
EQUIPMENT
In order to guarantee effective monitoring solutions for our customers, Reliant maintains strong business relationships with 3M Electronic Monitoring and Gryphex Systems, two of the premier presence verification equipment manufacturers in the monitoring industry. We use only leading edge Global Positioning, Radio Frequency, Alcohol Monitoring, and Voice Verification tracking systems.
SIMPLE USER INTERFACE All data entries reported from the different monitoring tools and programs are logged into a unified database source, providing comprehensive data management, advanced reports capabilities and enabling improved tracking of offenders and their behavioral compliance. This platform extends to users a single interface that is simple to operate and where entries from the monitoring tools are displayed for easy handling.
